Life is complicated enough as it is. Which is why in this online retreat, Irina will show you how to use self-care, yoga, and Ayurveda, in a practical, low key and realistic way. So you can live a life that nourishes you.

You’ll be guided through yoga and Ayurvedic practices that’ll help you to get back in touch with yourself in no time. The retreat consists of daily pre-recorded sessions that include Ayurvedic self-care practices, theory on the different constitution types and Ayurvedic lifestyle, how and why to practice self-massage, and how to take even better care of yourself through the ups and downs of life. In addition to the pre-recorded classes, you can join Irina every day for a 90-minute live session of yoga asana and Q&A's.

The combination of a physical yoga practice with meditation, journaling, and Ayurveda, will help you to know what to do and when to do it, so you can make decisions from an authentic place.

Irina Verwer

When Irina stepped on the mat for the very first time many years ago, she knew she had found her path. She fell in love with the practice and it quickly became her way of life. At this moment, she realized that she wanted to share this love for yoga with others.

Irina traveled the world to study with amazing teachers and completed several in-depth teacher trainings in Hatha, vinyasa, Anusara, restorative, and yin yoga. Very grateful for and inspired by all of her teachers, Irina created a unique style of teaching that is both intense and gentle.

Her love for yoga and life is tangible in every class she teaches. Besides being an inspiring yoga teacher, Irina is a gifted holistic coach. She incorporates her knowledge of Ayurveda, Tantra, myths, and philosophy in her classes and coaching sessions. By doing so, she always manages to inspire those around her to take better care of themselves.

Irina teaches on the hugely popular Ekhart Yoga platform and writes for several yoga magazines, such as the Dutch and French Yoga Magazine. She has written two well-received yogic cookbooks: Headstand in the Kitchen and With a Pinch of Yoga.
