The Retreat

A virtual experience to connect and unwind

During these three days, we'll gather (virtually), for a moment to unwind and reconnect. This will be a time for deep reflection, nourishment, building strength, power of surrender and gift of discernment. Together, we will move through this course as a global community. With practices designed to unwind, enliven and rest, the weekend will support you in integrating all that is going on in the world and finding your own center of calm amidst it. Now more than ever our practice and the community we share it with is here to support us and allow us to grow from whatever is coming our way.

Pre-recorded sessions:

The daily program offers you meditation, pranayama, mantra, and asana for each theme. These are pre-recorded, and you can practice any time during the day that works for you.

Live Sessions:

Friday 6:00 pm : Live meet-up with Janet & music with DJ Drez

Saturday 6:00 - 8:15 pm: Janet's Live virtual asana practice & meet up

Sunday 6:00 - 7:15 pm: Chanting with Sita Devi & retreat closure

Bonus Class:

We just added a 45-minute class with Shiva Kumar on mantra's, their meaning, and benefit combines with some beautiful mythology and yoga philosophy.

Daily journal prompts

Encouragement for self-nurturing throughout the weekend: set down your devices for a half-day, take a bath, a nap, a walk, or do a creative activity.

Janet Stone

Janet Stone’s studentship began at the age of 17 under the meditation teachings of Prem Rawat. His reverence for simplicity and finding joy in the rise and fall of life live on in her practice and teaching today. She shares from the alchemy of her own sadhana through bhakti yoga and the eight-limbed path.

In 1996, she traveled to India, the birthplace of her grandfather, and became dedicated to the path of yoga. Based in Bali and San Francisco, she leads immersions, retreats, workshops, and more.
