The Workshop

Dreaming, Lucid Dreaming & Dream Yoga

We are happy to offer a full-day workshop with Nirlipta Tuli again, this time he will take you deep into the world of dreaming!

Yoga Nidra is something that is helpful for sleeping well. It can and has been used for dreaming, lucid dreaming, and dream yoga. This intense one-day course will be focussing on the way that Yoga Nidra can help facilitate sleeping and dreaming well. The core of the day will be a balance of experiencing several Yoga Nidra practices designed to help with these two states of being.

During the day you will learn the following:

* How to do self-hypnosis in Nidra to facilitate both sleeping and dreaming well.

* What the mechanics are of sleep, sleep hygiene, doing things that help sleep, and avoiding things that hinder it.

* The importance of dream recall and ways of doing it.

During the day you will receive:

* At least five nidra practices that will be experienced during the day.

* An overview of dreaming, lucid dreaming, and dream yoga; their differences and the relationship they have with each other.

* You will receive the recordings of the practices to help you to develop your own sleep and dream practices.

During the workshop, there will be space for dialogue and you can ask questions throughout the day.
